Casa Mara

If you need one roof for 12 people in Argyll, Casa Mara is a house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 4 between 6 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £1,032 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £86 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
