    "Sleeps 10" can include sofa beds. These houses have 4 to 11 bedrooms; the facts table on each house page shows bedrooms and bathrooms from the feed. 4 bedrooms for 10 means bunks, sofa beds or sharing.

  • Celebrations

    5 of the 19 say celebrations are welcome in their listing, 3 say no to parties, hen or stag groups, and 11 do not say either way: ask before you pay a deposit. A yes can still come with a 10pm quiet rule.

  • The weekly price

    From prices run £967 to £8,603 a week in the feeds on 1 November 2026. Peak weeks cost more and weekends are usually priced separately on the agency page.
