Chaxhill Barn

Chaxhill Barn is a converted barn in Gloucestershire. It sleeps 15 across 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Expect to share bathrooms: 6 between 7 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Sleeping 15, it suits a few families together or a birthday group that wants one roof rather than two cottages. Prices start from £2,437 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £162 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Ask about minimum nights, the damage deposit and whether bed linen and towels are included.
