Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 3 between 5 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: hot tub, games room, cinema room and enclosed garden. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan.
