The Secret Escape

If you need one roof for 26 people in Lincolnshire, The Secret Escape is a house with 13 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. At 26 it is big enough for two or three families or a full friends' weekend without anyone on a sofa bed. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Listed features: hot tub, games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Prices start from £13,870 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £533 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
