Tigh Sorcha

If you need one roof for 12 people in Fife, Tigh Sorcha is a house with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Listed features: hot tub, games room, enclosed garden, ev charging and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £2,229 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £186 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
