Organiser's notes

Twelve in Cornwall, the practical bits

  • Beds that are actually beds

"Sleeps 12" can include sofa beds. These houses have 5 to 6 bedrooms; the facts table on each house page shows bedrooms and bathrooms from the feed. 5 bedrooms for 12 means bunks, sofa beds or sharing.

  • Celebrations

0 of the 8 say celebrations are welcome in their listing, and 8 do not say either way: ask before you pay a deposit. A yes can still come with a 10pm quiet rule.

  • The weekly price

From prices run £883 to £2,262 a week in the feeds on 1 November 2026. Peak weeks cost more and weekends are usually priced separately on the agency page.
