Bilberry Farm

If you need one roof for 10 people in the Yorkshire Dales, Bilberry Farm is a farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Listed features: hot tub, games room, cinema room, tennis court, enclosed garden and ev charging. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £2,870 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £287 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
