Court Close

Sleeping 10 in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Court Close is a house in Dorset. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Listed features: hot tub, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub is what most groups will book it for. Prices start from £1,945 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £195 per person for a full week at capacity. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Check the arrival day: many large houses only do Friday or Monday changeovers.
