Farmstead Barn at Bland Close Farm

Sleeping 16 in 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, Farmstead Barn at Bland Close Farm is a farmhouse in the Yorkshire Dales. Sleeping 16, it suits a few families together or a birthday group that wants one roof rather than two cottages. Listed features: hot tub, games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. Prices start from £3,220 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £201 per person for a full week at capacity. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. The listing says no parties, hen or stag groups. Book it for a family or walking group, not a birthday blow-out. Check the arrival day: many large houses only do Friday or Monday changeovers.
