43 houses, cottages and lodges across the UK, sleeping between 16 and 18. Between 6 and 9 bedrooms each. Ask which are doubles and which are bunks. Most are houses (24); the rest are manor houses (9) and farmhouses (4).

22 have a hot tub, 18 have a pool, 25 have a games room and 5 take dogs. From £842 a week at the bottom end to a median of about £2,870; checked 1 November 2026.

Check the changeover day; many large houses only do Friday or Monday arrivals, and some insist on seven nights in summer.

    "Sleeps 16" can include sofa beds. These houses have 6 to 9 bedrooms; the facts table on each house page shows bedrooms and bathrooms from the feed. 6 bedrooms for 16 means bunks, sofa beds or sharing.

  • Celebrations

    13 of the 43 say celebrations are welcome in their listing, 2 say no to parties, hen or stag groups, and 28 do not say either way: ask before you pay a deposit. A yes can still come with a 10pm quiet rule.

  • The weekly price

    From prices run £842 to £6,070 a week in the feeds on 1 November 2026. Peak weeks cost more and weekends are usually priced separately on the agency page.
