Guisachan

Sleeping 10 in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Guisachan is a house in the Scottish Highlands. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Listed features: games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Prices start from £1,193 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £119 per person for a full week at capacity. Expect to share bathrooms: 2 between 5 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. The listing says no parties, hen or stag groups. Book it for a family or walking group, not a birthday blow-out. Check the arrival day: many large houses only do Friday or Monday changeovers.
