Higher Hodges Farmhouse

Higher Hodges Farmhouse: a farmhouse in Devon for groups of up to 10. Listed features: games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Bedrooms and bathrooms: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Prices start from £1,234 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £123 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Count the parking spaces against the number of cars, and ask whether the road in suits a minibus.
