Llanfyllin the Manor House

If you need one roof for 22 people in Shropshire, Llanfyllin the Manor House is a manor house with 9 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. At 22 it is big enough for two or three families or a full friends' weekend without anyone on a sofa bed. Expect to share bathrooms: 4 between 9 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: swimming pool, games room, ev charging and ground-floor bedroom. The swimming pool and games room are what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £1,847 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £84 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
