    "Sleeps 20" can include sofa beds. These houses have 7 to 12 bedrooms; the facts table on each house page shows bedrooms and bathrooms from the feed. 7 bedrooms for 20 means bunks, sofa beds or sharing.

  • Celebrations

    6 of the 18 say celebrations are welcome in their listing, and 12 do not say either way: ask before you pay a deposit. A yes can still come with a 10pm quiet rule.

  • The weekly price

    From prices run £1,847 to £14,485 a week in the feeds on 1 November 2026. Peak weeks cost more and weekends are usually priced separately on the agency page.
