Meeting House

If you need one roof for 17 people in Herefordshire, Meeting House is a house with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Sleeping 17, it suits a few families together or a birthday group that wants one roof rather than two cottages. Expect to share bathrooms: 7 between 8 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: games room, enclosed garden, ev charging and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Prices start from £2,069 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £122 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
