Orchard Farmhouse

If you need one roof for 10 people in Norfolk, Orchard Farmhouse is a farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 2 between 5 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: games room and enclosed garden. The games room is what most groups will book it for. The listing says no parties, hen or stag groups. Book it for a family or walking group, not a birthday blow-out. Prices start from £1,319 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £132 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
