Rylands

Rylands: a house in Dorset for groups of up to 11. Listed features: games room and enclosed garden. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Bedrooms and bathrooms: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Expect to share bathrooms: 2 between 4 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Prices start from £1,079 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £98 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Count the parking spaces against the number of cars, and ask whether the road in suits a minibus.
