Sleeping 12 in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Shinness Lodge is a lodge in the Scottish Highlands. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Listed features: games room and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Prices start from £1,570 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £131 per person for a full week at capacity. Expect to share bathrooms: 5 between 6 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan.
