Sunnycliffe

If you need one roof for 11 people in the North York Moors, Sunnycliffe is a house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping 11, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 4 between 6 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: games room, sea view, enclosed garden, ev charging and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Prices start from £1,233 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £112 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
