The Bryn at Capel

If you need one roof for 24 people in Snowdonia, The Bryn at Capel is a house with 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. At 24 it is big enough for two or three families or a full friends' weekend without anyone on a sofa bed. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Listed features: games room, cinema room and enclosed garden. The games room is what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £5,070 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £211 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
