The Skyscraper

The Skyscraper: a house in Suffolk for groups of up to 18. Listed features: hot tub, swimming pool, games room, cinema room and enclosed garden. The hot tub, swimming pool and games room are what most groups will book it for. Bedrooms and bathrooms: 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Expect to share bathrooms: 6 between 9 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Prices start from £4,043 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £225 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Count the parking spaces against the number of cars, and ask whether the road in suits a minibus.
