Fairview by the Wrekin

If you need one roof for 10 people in Shropshire, Fairview by the Wrekin is a house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 4 between 5 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: hot tub, cinema room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub is what most groups will book it for. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Prices start from £2,019 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £202 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
