Three Borders Barn

If you need one roof for 10 people in Shropshire, Three Borders Barn is a converted barn with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 4 between 5 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: games room, cinema room, tennis court, enclosed garden, ev charging and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Prices start from £1,959 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £196 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
