Llwyngwrgan Barn

If you need one roof for 10 people in the Brecon Beacons, Llwyngwrgan Barn is a converted barn with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Expect to share bathrooms: 4 between 5 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: hot tub, games room, dog friendly, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. Dogs are accepted; check how many and whether there is a charge. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £1,532 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £153 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
