Upper Caerfanell Barn

Upper Caerfanell Barn is a converted barn in the Brecon Beacons. It sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Listed features: swimming pool, games room and enclosed garden. The swimming pool and games room are what most groups will book it for. Sleeping 10, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Prices start from £1,359 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £136 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Ask about minimum nights, the damage deposit and whether bed linen and towels are included.
