The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Prices start from £1,545 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £129 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Ask about minimum nights, the damage deposit and whether bed linen and towels are included.
