Buzzard Cottage

Buzzard Cottage is a cottage in Devon. It sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Expect to share bathrooms: 3 between 6 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: hot tub, games room, dog friendly, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. Dogs are accepted; check how many and whether there is a charge. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Prices start from £1,114 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £93 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Ask about minimum nights, the damage deposit and whether bed linen and towels are included.
