Devon holiday homes for groups that take dogs

This page covers 16 houses in Devon for groups of 10 to 24. 6 have a hot tub, 4 have a pool and 13 have a games room. Each is listed by its agency that take dogs. We do not verify it ourselves, so confirm before you pay a deposit.

4 to 11 bedrooms apiece; the agency page lists them room by room. Expect from £820 a week for the cheapest and around £1,545 for a typical one (checked 1 November 2026).

Ask about the damage deposit and whether linen, towels and a welcome pack are included; both vary between agencies. Click through to the agency page to check dates. We are paid a commission on bookings, which never changes the price you see there. Order is by sleeps, then by weekly price.

Organiser's notes

Big houses in Devon, the practical bits

  • Beds that are actually beds

"Sleeps 10" can include sofa beds. These houses have 4 to 11 bedrooms; the facts table on each house page shows bedrooms and bathrooms from the feed. 4 bedrooms for 10 means bunks, sofa beds or sharing.

  • Celebrations

3 of the 16 say celebrations are welcome in their listing, 1 say no to parties, hen or stag groups, and 12 do not say either way: ask before you pay a deposit. A yes can still come with a 10pm quiet rule.

  • The weekly price

From prices run £820 to £4,020 a week in the feeds on 1 November 2026. Peak weeks cost more and weekends are usually priced separately on the agency page.
