Dorset Retreat

Dorset Retreat: a house in Dorset for groups of up to 21. Listed features: games room, cinema room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Bedrooms and bathrooms: 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Expect to share bathrooms: 8 between 9 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Prices start from £5,395 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £257 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing says celebrations are welcome, but confirm the house rules on noise and numbers before you pay a deposit. Count the parking spaces against the number of cars, and ask whether the road in suits a minibus.
