Park Gate Stables

Sleeping 12 in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, Park Gate Stables is a house in Devon. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. Listed features: games room, tennis court, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Prices start from £1,610 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £134 per person for a full week at capacity. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Check the arrival day: many large houses only do Friday or Monday changeovers.
