Welcombe Cottage

Welcombe Cottage: a cottage in Devon for groups of up to 17. Listed features: hot tub, swimming pool, games room, sea view, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub, swimming pool and games room are what most groups will book it for. Bedrooms and bathrooms: 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Expect to share bathrooms: 5 between 8 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Prices start from £3,029 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £178 per person for a full week at capacity. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Count the parking spaces against the number of cars, and ask whether the road in suits a minibus.
