Muse Hill Barn

If you need one roof for 12 people in Devon, Muse Hill Barn is a converted barn with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Sleeping 12, it is the right size for a couple of families or a group of friends who want to eat together every night. That is at least one bathroom per bedroom, which matters when fourteen people want a shower before dinner. Listed features: hot tub, swimming pool, games room, dog friendly, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub, swimming pool and games room are what most groups will book it for. Dogs are accepted; check how many and whether there is a charge. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £2,245 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £187 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
