Redland House

If you need one roof for 24 people in Devon, Redland House is a house with 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. At 24 it is big enough for two or three families or a full friends' weekend without anyone on a sofa bed. Expect to share bathrooms: 10 between 11 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. Listed features: hot tub, games room, enclosed garden and ground-floor bedroom. The hot tub and games room are what most groups will book it for. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Prices start from £3,240 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £135 per person for a full week at capacity. Ask whether the sleeps number includes sofa beds or bunks, and which rooms are doubles.
