Lynhurst

Sleeping 22 in 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, Lynhurst is a house in Devon. At 22 it is big enough for two or three families or a full friends' weekend without anyone on a sofa bed. Listed features: games room, dog friendly, sea view and enclosed garden. The games room is what most groups will book it for. Dogs are accepted; check how many and whether there is a charge. Prices start from £3,013 a week on the holidaycottages.co.uk page (checked 1 November 2026), which works out at about £137 per person for a full week at capacity. Expect to share bathrooms: 9 between 10 rooms, so agree a rota or stagger the mornings. The listing does not say whether celebrations are allowed. Ask the owner before you book if that is the plan. Check the arrival day: many large houses only do Friday or Monday changeovers.
