Booking a house for a party

Say it is a celebration when you enquire. Agencies that allow parties will ask how many people and what kind; the ones that do not will tell you straight away, which saves everyone time. Expect a security deposit of a few hundred pounds held against damage, and a quiet time after 10 or 11pm even in houses that welcome celebrations.

    "Sleeps 10" can include sofa beds. These houses have 3 to 12 bedrooms; the facts table on each house page shows bedrooms and bathrooms from the feed. 3 bedrooms for 10 means bunks, sofa beds or sharing.
